Chocolate Frosting
Quick and easy yummy chocolatey frosting. Enough to frost a 2-layer or 13″x9″ sheet cake, also great for putting between graham crackers!
- 1 stick margarine or butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/4 – 1/3 cup milk
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- 4 cups or 1 box powdered sugar
Blend margarine or butter, just until spread out. Add, cocoa, vanilla and 1/4 cup milk, blend until smooth. Add powdered sugar, a little at a time so it doesn’t fly all over when you blend it with your mixer. If frosting is too stiff, add a tablespoon of milk at a time until it is the desired consistency.
