Chocolate Dessert Fondue
1/2 teaspoon butter
8 chocolate candy bars (1 oz.) size, broken
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup whipping cream
Use 1 quart fondue pot or 1 quart crock pot. Rub butter around pan.Place candy and marshmallows in pot. Cover and cook, stirring until melted and smooth on low temperature. Gradually add whipping cream. Cover and keep warm for serving up to 6 hours. Serve with bite-size pound cake, bananas, marshmallows, fresh strawberries, grapes, mandarin oranges and pretzels.

Chocolate Donuts
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour milk
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 3 cups flour
- vanilla
Keep dough as soft as possible. Roll out on floured board. Fry in hot fat.

Chocolate Frosted Peanut Butter Bars
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups brown sugar
Add:
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
Mix in:
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 2 cups oats
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Spread batter out on large cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Bake 20-30 minutes at 325F. When cool, spread peanut butter thinly over top. Spread with milk chocolate frosting.
