Peanut Butter w/Hershey’s Kisses - Boyfriend Cookies Recipe
Here’s a yummy version of Peanut Butter cookies, with a Hershey’s Kiss right in the middle to satisfy all the chocolate lovers! Great chocolate recipe to make for a gift, or for yourself. I call them Boyfriend Cookies because they’d be perfect to snack on while browsing Meg’s Boyfriend of the Week web site.

1-3/4 cup flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup sugar

1 egg
-
1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup margarine

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 T milk

Hershey’s kisses, unwrapped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream margarine and peanut butter. Add white and brown sugars, cream thoroughly. Add egg, milk and vanilla; beat well. Add flour and baking soda. Roll dough in balls, then roll in white sugar. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and place unwrapped Hershey’s Kiss in the center of each cookie and press down. Bake for another 5 minutes or until cookie is golden. Remove from oven and cool on cooling rack. Easily doubled (if dough is sticky, add flour - usually 2-4 T).
